History
1998-05-12

Acquired from a dealer in Norfolk this engine was supposedly in good working order. It turned out to have excessive bore wear and a number of major components broken and glued together. The engine was deemed beyond repair with the facilities available at that time and put on one side for storage/spares.

2003-03-11

Crank and flywheels along with all bearings and the main bearing caps were removed for use with the National gas engine in Power Hall 1.
