| History | 2000-06-10 The block and crank were acquired from The Anson Museum as part of an exchange with the large Hornsby R Type from Dartmoor.
Main bearings, big end, flywheels and main bearing caps were missing.
Two unmachined main bearing caps came with the engine.
2003-05-10 Engine was rebuilt in Power Hall 1 using parts from the National P type oil engine.
