| Conservation/ Maintenance History | Pump and Injectors 2004-06-08 Both injectors removed and stripped, both worn and in need of replacement or rebuild. Pump stripped and suction and delivery valve seats re-machined. Little End Bearings Both crosshead pins removed and one little end bearing replaced. Timing end piston and rod pulled and inspected, some cracks found in the bridges on the transer ports. Both crosshead slippers packed to reduce "slap" but significant wear present at the mid point of the guide. Flywheel Key Repair Flywheel keyway re-machined and larger keyway cut in crankshaft. | |
