I will be very suprised if your PT ever was fitted with a Solex Carb. The normally are fitted with Rustons own carb and a Amal float chamber. A sutable alternative is the carb off a Wolseley WD engine.

I am very new to this so not surprised I got the details wrong.

Still does anyone have a carb that would work on this engine?
