I have 2 "CUB" diesel engines (currently for sale on ebay, but not generating much interest!!) One is complete except for a fuel tank, starting handle and silencer, it turns over ok and has compression. The other has some small parts missing, but is a good source of spares. They are both dated 1944 and are unrestored. They would be ideal for marine use as they have an inbuilt water circulating pump and are quite compact. They are rated at about 9hp. I have set a reserve of £150 for the two and will listen to offers around that figure. I would also consider an exchange for another unrestored engine. Any one fancy them? You don't see many of these at Rallies.

I do apologise Charles but I must agree with Andy, I had a Villiers Dunk Dunk once but very quickly got rid as it was boring.

Hmm, keep looking at these, I quite like them...quite fancied a Diesel for a while, I dont think I have the room or time though , with No 2 about to drop.

Still tempted though.

They are going on Ebay for the third and last time tomorrow and if they don't
sell then they are going for scrap. If anyones interested the reserve will be £100.
