Piston removed and found to be in excellent order with good rings and little end. Camshaft assembly stripped, all bearings good, ring oilers requre replacing. Ignitor stripped, cleaned and tested.

The engine is in good overall condition having been well protected at MK despite being in external storage. The only major problems are a stuck piston and one main bearing top half which will require metalling.
