Description | Engine transferred from National Maritime Museum via long term storage at Markham Grange Steam Museum. Originally installed in an Isles class trawler, HMS Neave serving during WWII. Sold by the War Department in July 1951 she was converted to a tank cleaning vessel for British Wheeler Process Ltd based in Liverpool and named Tulipbank. |
