Starting the Sulzer just after she was installed.
Removal from Somerford Pumping Station, Brewood, Wolverhampton.
Removal took 6 man days and was performed by Paul Evans, Keith Farley and Roland Craven.
First public running at the Easter Crankup. The Sulzer ran faultlessly on two occasions.
The Sulzer was awarded a Heritage Award from the Institution of Diesel and Gas Turbine Engineers in recognition of the restoration and return to running order by the museum staff.
