Big Crossley

    Greetings all. I have posted two pic's of a crossley in the gallery. The ID plate was taken and all I remember was H??? 46hp@ 300 rpm.There is a number stamped on the outer bearing and fly-wheel 140377 is this the Eng No? thanks for any help Prospector

    HD 9 or 10, look at the manual HD9+ in the manuals section.

    If you visit the website for The Anson Museum they have a form to fill in which will help you date the engine.

    Thanks Paul, I looked at the manuals you suggested I’ll take some bore measurements and compare to the many types on offer. That should pin it down, Cheers Mike in West OZ.
