Nothing. I am supposed to be having my crank up in October and as I read it anything with more than 30 people is illegal at the moment so I can't see how anything can go ahead.

Nothing going on around my kneck of the woods and to be honest I'm enjoying the year off, busy referbing toys for my grandson and collecting clocks.

I'm 0ld and impaired (says the NHS) and with all the visitors pouring into Devon and Cornwall I won't be going to Bicton even though its only 10 miles away. It's an avoidable risk!
  6. You will have plenty of time now to do all the other jobs including getting an engine ready for your grandson. Sorry could not resist.

Bicton was a great event; we were all sensibly placed, with plenty of room around us. Everybody felt very safe and we had a great rally, running engines well into the late evening. I need to figure out how to upload some photos of said event.

Attended a club crank up - Wessex Stationary Engine Club up in Wedmore, that again, was a well organised event with 26 or so engines present.

Also Morwellham Quay nr Tavistock in Devon ran an event, which again was superbly organised and safe. So it can be done!

Now if I could find out how to post images into this reply I would share some images from the events I’ve been lucky enough to get to this year!!!

The way things are going at the moment I wont be rallying next year either, my health and my families are way above rallying. doesnt matter how the organisers try it only takes one to cause major issues.
