I was pleasantly surprised to find your choice of music, were you a fan of Peter Green or Fleetwood Mac, I had put you on the Classical Music shelf.
My tastes are wide and not limited by genre. I don't eat over processed food or music. Used to listen to the Bluesbreakers in the sixth form common room.
In my sixth form common room it was Tyrannosaurus Rex.
It all went downhill rapidly when Hendrix died, but prior to that Cream, John Mayall, Nice etc. A bit of Black Sabbath with lots of cider helped pass a good few evenings, too.
I dont need cider with black Sabbath, even today I can annoy my wife and neighbours with the Best of Black Sabbath
One of our gang had a very loud record player, a penchant for cider, and, I seem to recall, deaf parents!
He also had an electric guitar and a drum kit, so I suspect the deafness was a blessing
whilst still a teenager I and several other mates got taken to Cambridge Corn exchange by a mate with a license and his Dads car to see Hawkwind, we arrived to late to get in but decided to stay an listen from the outside, there was a narrow lane down the side of the building with a wall on the opposite side and there was a mini van parked up, when we left to go home we found that the mini was a perfect fit across the lane. Often wondere how the owner got it out.
