my friends collection has gotten bigger :mrgreen: and it wasn't intended, because he bought a dragsaw but arrived he saw this little thing standing in the corner stacked away after a camper and a pile of wood
here is the "new" petter rugby top
could someone tell me when it was build please

Please not Tulip top which is a term applied to certain Bamfords. That shape of Petter hopper is widely termed a rugby top.
