    Gentlemen,

Well I'm loaded and ready and all I've got to do is a bit of shopping for my wife and make sure she is alright, my wife is currently visiting the doctors daily and I feel guilty leaving her particularly as I'm going straight to Dundee on Tuesday for work. I'm leaving at 10:00 so see you there.

    Gentlemen and Mark,

They have been busy here, grass has been cut and stuff shifted. I arrived just before 17:00 and after tea and a quick chat unloaded my belongings into the Volunteers caravan then found myself steering a very heavy diesel roller up hill being towed by a JCB digger when I realised there didnt appear to be any brakes :x
Tomorrow we get the engine lines set up and do a few jobs about the Museum, there is a nice surprise in the new building which you can all see when you arrive.

If you cant come you can still buy raffle tickets on line for the Hot Air Engine.

I hope your not insinuating something Martin

Can you leave some space for the Rusty Bucket. Did think about bringing a Smut Chucker but thought better of it  so theres a proper engine in the Partner. Are the sheep nearby?

    Gentlemen,

Had a good day today at IF's first two day rally, the day started wet but this cleared by lunch leaving it overcast but dry, theres been a nice steady flow of public and we had a nice selection of stationary engines on display in the feild, tomorrow we are expecting a few more to arrive.
    Pictures to follow.

    Gentlemen,

Today was outstanding, the place was packed with the public and everytime an engine was run it looked as if a bus load of people come in to watch it start, the rally field was also packed with engines so really worth the effort.
Will put up pictures on Tuesday night.

Well not long back from IF HQ, Longer drive then I thought  but was worth every mile.
I took my Scott PAB down and it ran in 20min spurts, but in the time between I spent my time walking around the engine sheds sucking in some engine culture.
Martin gave me the guided tour which was much appreciated, it was very impressive seeing the big Allen’s spinning over.
my upmost respect and thanks goes out to Hazel, Paul and volunteer there, a cracking weekend was put on, I dont think I have been made so welcome anywhere before.
Will be doing my best to get back.

I agree with Steve. A really good day out: well done Hazel, Paul, all the volunteers, and the "rallyists". And the weather was better than I'd expected (having travelled from Cardiff in rain and heavy spray) - I even saw the sun. Thankyou all.
Steve - an interesting engine, your Scott. Thanks for bringing it..... seeing you in earnest discussion with your spark plug reminded me only too clearly of my old Lambretta back in the 70's.

Ha yes me and the plug had a few words! A tin of carb cleaner is a must with this engine me thinks!

Put together a video of what I got around to seeing run.
