    Hello Enginefriends

At the german stationary engine forum we have a question.
We think we need help from the british scene.
The owner bought the engine from a seller of british motorcycles.
    The weight is 12 Kilogramm.
The diameter of the flywheel is about 13 Centimeter.
    The question is:
1.) What's the name of the manufacturing company?
2.) For what the small engine was used?
    Every information is welcome!
Nice regards from germany and a merry christmas to all the engine friends and their familys.
    Thomas

    Frohe Weihnachten!
No idea of the make, but I wonder if it was used in a boat....the starting-handle dog on the camshaft wheel might be a clue, and also the water jacket etc. appears to be brass, or other non-ferrous metal. The carburretor is AMAC... who later (1920's) became AMAL ....made carbs for most British motorbikes.
